Richesta effettuata questa mattina alle 11.30 circa e consegna avvenuta alle ore 12.30. Servizio velocissimo ed efficente. I Fiori rispecchiano perfettamente le caratteristiche scelte.

If you want a responsible company that ensures delivery of your package, look somewhere else. I hired Interflora Italy to send a flower to my sister for her birthday... 1 month ago. The flower never arrived, apparently La Poste (whom we never had any contact with, they were subcontracted by Interflora) sent it to a wrong address and Interflora is now telling us to solve it by ourselves instead of taking ownership of the issue. Horrible customer service through mail, just trying to get rid of us. No clarity. I used to buy a couple or three Interflora items by year, will never do it again. (And I'm telling all my friends that used it to avoid it and find alternatives.)
